Rsizr - Online Image Resizing

Rsizr is an online Flash based image resizing application. It lets you resize JPG, PNG, and GIF images on your computer. In addition to resizing it also allow you to crop & rescale your images. It uses a new image resizing algorithm called seam carving that tries to keep intact areas in your image that are richer in detail.

Not only can you retarget images in real time, you can rescale and crop them easily too!
