LG has unveiled the successor of LG Optimus One smartphone, the LG Optimus 2 on its official website. It has a number of decent features while still being a budget friendly and mid range phone.
In terms of specifications LG Optimus 2 comes preloaded with 3.2 inch capacitive touch screen loaded with the Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS with 3.2 MP camera and long battery life of 1500 mAh. LG has not officially announced the release date of LG Optimus 2 but according to some sources it will be rereleased at the Consumer Electronics Show next week.
If we talk about its release in India then we have to wait for a month or two for its official launch here. It is expected to be priced somewhere around Rs. 10,000.
