How to improve the loading time of Tabs in IE8

If you are using Internet Explorer 8 then you must have noticed that whenever you press New Tab button, it takes some time to load the new window, for around 3-4 seconds it shows Connecting… message. Although this time delay is too short but it can become frustrating for power users. You can reduce that time delay using this simple tip.

Fire up IE8, goto Tools > Manage Add-Ons. You will see a number of add-ons that are loaded with IE. Disable the ones that are not needed. An add-on can be disabled by right clicking on the add-on and selecting Disable.

You can also disable an add-on by examining the load time. The load time column shows the loading time of add-ons
