Windows System State Analyzer Utility is a part of Windows 2008 R2 Logo Software Certification and Windows 2008 R2 Logo Program Software Certification toolkits and it is usually used by developers and testers.
Windows System State Analyzer compare the state of a system at two different points. It does so by taking snapshots. For instance you can compare the changes made in a system before or after an application install. It shows various changes like changes in registry, services, files etc.
